Ronald, What I'm getting at with the customer tracking is we need to be able to have a loyalty program. Do you have any suggestions. Could we talk to one of the programers? Huge opportunity with coffee houses if there were a loyalty program. Most of everything else I need as a coffee shop is in this program, except the loyalty. The gift card is here the credit card ability, in house accounts, paid outs. Excellent reports....just no loyalty. Please point me in the right direction of someone there that might be able to help us. Do you read much about Starbucks? Huge industry that uses loyalty cards.
