Working with a Star 300 printer and a MMF cash Drawer.Unable to get printer and cash drawer to work together. Printer will print but cash drawer will not open..Or cash drawer will open but no invoice printed..We have changed all settings we used a roll of paper...please help if you can.. Second question when using in store accounts when customer makes a payment on their account no option for receipt for payment.thanks
